At Macbek Consults Limited, all payments made for training programs are generally non-refundable. However, in cases where a participant is unable to attend, a request for rescheduling may be considered, subject to approval.

If a program is canceled or rescheduled by Macbek, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund where applicable.

All refund or rescheduling requests must be made in writing within a reasonable time before the program date. Approved refunds will be processed within a specified period.
